A Tribeca taekwondo school with a Little Dragons class for ages 3-4 and children's classes for ages 5-13. Kids train on padded mats in a 4,000 sq ft space, learning kicks, forms and discipline.
A volunteer-run program at Pier 26 in Tribeca that lends out kayaks for free short paddles in a protected embayment of the Hudson. Kids 12 and under ride in a double kayak with an adult, while teens 13-18 can paddle solo.
