A Champions Martial Arts school where children train in taekwondo-based martial arts in age-grouped classes, starting with the Little Tigers program for the youngest kids and moving up to kids and teen classes. The school also runs an after-school program, a summer camp and a competition team.
A USA Judo-registered club in Gravesend teaching judo, sambo and kickboxing. Children 5-10 and teens 11-15 train in separate classes several times a week, with competition teams for committed athletes.
A long-running neighborhood dojo teaching Shotokan karate, Brazilian jiu-jitsu and kickboxing to students of all ages, including children. Training is non-competitive and cooperative, with an emphasis on learning safely at your own level.
