A long-running neighborhood dojo teaching Shotokan karate, Brazilian jiu-jitsu and kickboxing to students of all ages, including children. Training is non-competitive and cooperative, with an emphasis on learning safely at your own level.
A Brooklyn fight gym whose youth classes include kids and teen kickboxing, MMA for kids and teens, Brazilian jiu-jitsu, karate and judo self-defense. Students learn striking, grappling and practical self-defense in age-appropriate groups.
