A Brooklyn Brazilian jiu-jitsu academy affiliated with the Caio Terra Association that runs a dedicated kids martial arts program. Children learn grappling and self-defense skills, while adults train BJJ, kickboxing and MMA.
A Brooklyn boxing gym with separate group classes for young kids and for teens that drill footwork, defense, head movement and correct punching. Private training is available for children as young as four.
