Kids ages 5 to 14 join age-and-weight divisions of tackle football, learning fundamentals and teamwork through regular practices. The fee bundles uniform, equipment, insurance and transportation.

Free youth tennis instruction on public park courts, with coaches teaching strokes, footwork and match play. Rackets are provided for beginners.
Youth rowing program on Meadow Lake in Flushing Meadows Corona Park that pairs on-water training with academic support. Middle and high school students learn to row and race as a team.
