A Forest Hills youth soccer club for players under 19 at a range of competitive levels. Kids train and play matches with club teams.
A Forest Hills soccer program for kids from 18 months to 14, with toddler classes, all-girls groups, futsal leagues, after-school programs and travel teams.
Forest Hills striking and grappling gym with kids' martial arts split into ages 4-8 and 9-12, plus kids' boxing, wrestling and MMA classes. Children learn punches, takedowns and fundamentals in a structured, age-appropriate setting.
A Rego Park Muay Thai and jiu-jitsu gym whose 'Little Knights' program teaches children ages 6-16 foundational Thai boxing techniques. Kids drill strikes, footwork and conditioning in a structured class.
A Forest Hills academy with two age tiers: Little Champs for ages 4-7 and Youth BJJ for kids 8 and up. Children drill jiu-jitsu techniques on weekday afternoons with an emphasis on building confidence and a strong work ethic.
A Forest Hills karate dojo with Little Dragons classes for ages 3-6, a kids program from age 6, and family classes where parents train with their children. Classes run most weekday afternoons and on weekend mornings.
