Year-round junior tennis at the historic Forest Hills club, grouping kids by age and ball level from Tiny Tots through competitive teens, with 4-6 players per coach.
Forest Hills striking and grappling gym with kids' martial arts split into ages 4-8 and 9-12, plus kids' boxing, wrestling and MMA classes. Children learn punches, takedowns and fundamentals in a structured, age-appropriate setting.
