A Forest Hills rhythmic gymnastics and dance program for girls 4-16, working on flexibility, coordination and routines with apparatus like ribbon and hoop. It has been running since 1991 and offers trial classes.
A long-running gymnastics gym in Maspeth offering recreational classes and competitive training. Competitive gymnasts train through USAG levels 2-10 and the Xcel program.
A drop-off gymnastics class at Commonpoint's Forest Hills center where kids 4-11 practice tumbling, balance and agility on vault, beam and an air tumble track. Classes are grouped by age on Monday afternoons.
