A Forest Hills rhythmic gymnastics and dance program for girls 4-16, working on flexibility, coordination and routines with apparatus like ribbon and hoop. It has been running since 1991 and offers trial classes.
A Main Street gym with more than 30 years of coaching where toddlers start in Mommy & Me and Tiny Tots, preschoolers learn basics, and school-age girls and boys train in separate programs. A competition team is available for advanced athletes.
