An Ozone Park martial arts school teaching judo, jiu-jitsu and self-defense to kids in small, semi-private and private classes. Children learn throws, grappling and safe falling in a small-group setting.
Kids ages 5-14 learn Taekwondo and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu in the Juniors program, focusing on respect, focus and self-defense. A separate Little Pandas class introduces 4- and 5-year-olds to basic martial arts moves and coordination.
