Children move through age-based gymnastics programs, starting with tumbling play for toddlers and progressing to recreational and advanced classes for school-age kids and teens. The gym also runs a USAG competitive team and hosts birthday parties.

A 5,000-square-foot North Flushing gym with Olympic-style equipment, an in-ground trampoline, a 20-foot tumble track and spring floor. Kids from 12 months take Mommy & Me, recreational or competitive classes, and there is open play too.
Kids learn circus-style aerial skills on silks, lyra, hammock, rope and straps, along with acrobatics. The studio runs circus summer camps and offers a trial class for newcomers.
A Main Street gym with more than 30 years of coaching where toddlers start in Mommy & Me and Tiny Tots, preschoolers learn basics, and school-age girls and boys train in separate programs. A competition team is available for advanced athletes.
