Boys and girls ages 5 to 14 play flag or tackle football, with practices on weekday evenings and Saturday mornings and games on weekends. No previous football experience is needed to join.
Kids take small-group lessons in basketball, volleyball, multi-sport play and fitness, focused on fundamentals and good sportsmanship. One-on-one lessons and sports birthday parties are also offered.
