Kids take small-group lessons in basketball, volleyball, multi-sport play and fitness, focused on fundamentals and good sportsmanship. One-on-one lessons and sports birthday parties are also offered.

An Allerton academy teaching Brazilian jiu-jitsu, karate and Muay Thai, with a junior program and kids martial arts classes on their own schedule. The head instructor holds black belts in both BJJ and Shotokan karate.
A Bronx youth soccer club with a beginner-friendly recreational program, a development track, and boys' and girls' travel teams. Players practice weekly, scrimmage and build skills, with travel teams competing in the Westchester Youth Soccer League.
A Bronx martial arts center running for 25+ years that teaches kids karate, taekwondo, boxing, MMA and self-defense. It has an after-school program for children from age 2 and a summer camp.

Boys and girls ages 5 to 14 play flag or tackle football, with practices on weekday evenings and Saturday mornings and games on weekends. No previous football experience is needed to join.
