A Tribeca community center run by the nonprofit Manhattan Youth, with family memberships that include swimming, open play and sports activities. It also hosts after-school programs, swim lessons and the Downtown Day Camp for grades K-8.
A Financial District boxing club with a kids program open to both boys and girls. Children learn boxing skills while building coordination, focus and discipline.

A volunteer-run program at Pier 26 in Tribeca that lends out kayaks for free short paddles in a protected embayment of the Hudson. Kids 12 and under ride in a double kayak with an adult, while teens 13-18 can paddle solo.
