Yes. Sunset Park Recreation Center is indoors, so it works on rainy or cold days.
Children and teens take Brazilian jiu-jitsu and Muay Thai kickboxing classes, along with self-defense instruction. Kids and teens have their own programs separate from the adult classes, with a focus on building discipline, focus and confidence.
A Sunset Park boxing club that trains kids from age 8 up along with adults. Children learn boxing fundamentals and get a workout in a neighborhood gym setting.
A playful climbing center in Industry City with 150+ routes on themed walls, auto-belays, a 26-foot ropes course and a soft-play zone for little ones. Sessions include a safety briefing followed by 90 minutes of climbing.
