Kids start with the Lil' Dragons program at age 4 and move into kids martial arts for ages 6-12, with a Teen Xtreme division for older students. The school also offers an anti-bullying program and hosts birthday parties.
A boxing gym that trains people of all ages, including kids and preteens, with varied, challenging classes. The Staten Island gym holds weekday evening sessions, and a Brooklyn location runs on weekend mornings; a free trial class is available.
A Staten Island tennis academy with 10-and-under training on modified courts and balls, plus junior groups for beginners through advanced players. In summer it runs a weekday junior camp for ages 7-17 with full-day, half-day and daily options.
