Rego Park martial arts school offering a kids' karate program alongside kickboxing fitness and gi jiu-jitsu. Children build discipline and coordination through belt-based training, and the school hosts martial-arts birthday parties.
A Rego Park Muay Thai and jiu-jitsu gym whose 'Little Knights' program teaches children ages 6-16 foundational Thai boxing techniques. Kids drill strikes, footwork and conditioning in a structured class.
