A Montague Street academy with a youth jiu-jitsu program. Children develop body awareness, balance and basic grappling skills, and families can try a free class first.
A neighborhood branch of the Champions taekwondo network, with separate classes for preschoolers (Little Tigers), school-age kids and teens.
