A Fresh Meadows school with preschool martial arts, kids karate, kids Muay Thai kickboxing and kids jiu-jitsu, plus teen kickboxing and BJJ. Children progress through belt ranks while building coordination and self-discipline.
Kids are sorted into martial arts classes by age, from the Explorers group for 3-4 year olds up through Lil Dragons, Lil Warriors and Warriors for older children. Teens aged 16-17 have their own martial arts class, plus teen Muay Thai and teen Brazilian jiu-jitsu options. Parents are welcome to watch classes.
