Preschoolers ages 3-5 and kids ages 6-12 each have their own taekwondo and kickboxing classes several evenings a week plus Saturday mornings, and teens train in the later evening slots. The school is led by Master Sal Giglio, a 9th-degree black belt.
Staten Island taekwondo studio where kids, teens and adults train side by side in a rank-based belt system. Classes mix conditioning, basic techniques, self-defense and mental focus, with an emphasis on helping young students gain confidence and concentration.
