A lower-level Midwood studio where kids learn rhythmic gymnastics with ribbons, hoops and balls alongside dance technique. Preschoolers start with basics while older gymnasts can move into recreational or competitive Level 3-5 training.
Second-floor kids' gym near Grand Army Plaza where little ones do structured gymnastics, games and silly songs. Older kids work on basic tumbling and coordination.
An Industry City gym offering group and private gymnastics lessons for toddlers through teens. Families can also drop in for open play sessions, camps and birthday parties.
The Prospect Heights Field House has a large gymnastics and parkour center where kids from toddlers to teens take leveled classes. Programs range from beginner tumbling to elite training, plus ninja and parkour obstacle classes.
