Kids 5 and up learn to bounce, flip and twist on trampolines or fly on a trapeze at STREB's lab. Tweens and teens can also drop into evening Action Club sessions.
The Greenpoint branch of Ms. J's teaches gymnastics basics to little ones and builds skills for older children. It also hosts camps and parent-free evening events for kids.
Kids tumble, balance and swing through playful gymnastics classes that also mix in circus skills, parkour and dance. Classes are grouped by age from preschoolers to young teens, and some sites offer school pickup.
