The flagship Kips Bay clubhouse in Soundview, with an Olympic-size pool, an indoor domed turf field and the Bronx's only ice rink. Members play basketball, baseball, soccer, flag football, softball and ice hockey, and can learn to skate.

A Bronx karate and taekwondo school with classes for children and teens alongside adult training. Kids learn striking basics, forms and belt-rank skills in a structured dojo setting.
Kids ages 5-13 train in a martial arts program that pairs MMA and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu technique with life-skills lessons. The academy also runs an after-school program with pickup from local schools and camps during school breaks.
A Bronx Brazilian jiu-jitsu academy founded in 1994 that trains teens and whole families. Students learn leverage-based grappling and self-defense.
A Bronx boxing gym with a youth boxing class that teaches fundamentals, movement and discipline, plus a kids program aimed at fitness and coordination. Adults train in separate boxing and strength sessions.
