A season-long lineup of kid-oriented concerts, dance, theater and hands-on workshops across the Lincoln Center campus. Offerings include sensory-friendly shows and programs from resident groups like the Philharmonic and NYC Ballet.
A music hub near Lincoln Center that houses the Lucy Moses School community arts classes, the Special Music School, and Merkin Hall. Families come for early childhood classes, lessons and kid-friendly concerts.
Young singers who pass an audition train in the Met's own children's chorus and appear onstage in opera productions such as La Bohème and Carmen. Choristers learn music reading, languages and stagecraft alongside professional singers.
An internationally known youth chorus that brings together kids from every background to train in singing and perform at major venues. Choristers progress through multiple divisions and also get homework help and college-prep support.
An Upper West Side studio with a beginner class for 2- to 4-year-olds and private piano, violin and cello lessons for older kids. Family ensemble classes and summer camps with weekly concerts round out the offerings.
Teen instrumentalists get in-depth jazz training from professional musicians, playing in combos and big bands and performing throughout the year. The program serves high schoolers from across the tri-state area.
