Yes. Free Arts NYC is indoors, so it works on rainy or cold days.
A sewing school in the heart of the Garment District offering one-day kids classes where beginners finish a take-home project, plus weekly fashion courses and seasonal camps covering sewing, design and fashion illustration.
A Midtown art studio offering hands-on experiences like fluid art, spin art and a splatter room, plus youth and teen art classes. Parents and kids can also book sessions to create together.
A Midtown studio where teens build art portfolios for specialized art high schools and college applications. Students work in private or small-group classes year-round.
FIT runs more than 130 precollege courses for middle and high school students, covering fashion design, illustration, photography, jewelry and other creative fields. Classes meet on the Chelsea campus on weekends and in summer.
