A St. Albans taekwondo school with classes for all ages, including Zen Cubs for 4-5 year olds on Saturday mornings. Older students can add sparring and weapons classes as they advance in rank.
A St. Albans school open since 2004 with Little Ninjas classes for ages 4-8 and Karate Kids for ages 8-17. Children learn taekwondo, and the academy also hosts birthday parties.
