A West Brighton boxing gym with a weekly Kids & Teens class that puts coordination, discipline and confidence ahead of hard boxing. Young members do mitt work and punching drills with coaches, and classes are included in monthly memberships.
The Manor Road branch of Dragon Kim's Karate teaches the Lil' Dragons program from age 4, kids martial arts for ages 6-12 and a Teen Xtreme program. An anti-bullying course and birthday parties are also offered.
